"I was so excited when Jordan Ranch opened. The reception staff are friendly and so helpful. Making an appointment was easy. The private exam rooms are inviting and had comfortable seating and an exam table for your pet's exam. I have always disliked having my pet examined where I can't observe and ask questions.
Dr. Kelsie Sheranian is wonderful. She is unhurried and listens carefully to your concerns. She is gentle and thorough in her exam, explaining her observations. Dr Sheranian and the techs truly love their patients. The medical care, instructions for aftercare and medications were explained, questions answered, and estimates for care were explained and very reasonably priced.
This is a full service hospital and will be a reliable asset to pet owners in our community."

"I brought our 9 yr old lab in to get a second opinion when the medication she’s been on from a previous vet was causing her to deteriorate quickly. The entire staff was very kind and listened to me ramble on about what was going on. The vet came in examined her and sat and spoke to me about what she thought was happening. It was amazing to feel heard and I finally feel like we have plan for my pup. I will never take my dogs back to the previous vet, Jordan Ranch is our new vet and I highly recommend them"

"I’m so glad we found this veterinary office! We brought in our two cats, and the veterinarian and her entire team were caring and gentle with both kitties.
Our previous veterinarian told us we needed cat food that cost around $80 a 8.5lb bag. This veterinarian took the time to explain other options we could try and recommended a supplement that may help with one of our cats’ anal gland issues. I really appreciated having choices and feeling heard.
